Same day despatch
Orders which are received before 2pm are despatched on the same day (working days only). Orders received after 2pm are also often despatched the same day.
Next day delivery
Orders over £100 are guaranteed for delivery the following working day before 1pm. For orders under £100, you can upgrade to this option for £2 extra, otherwise your order is sent by 1st class recorded delivery for free.
Tracking numbers and despatch dates
When your order is despatched, you will receive the tracking number by email (and optionally a text to your mobile phone) to let you know when to expect it to arrive. We also deliver on Saturdays.
Delivery to your work, neighbour or home
We will deliver to addresses which are different to your billing address. Simply specify where you want it delivered in the checkout.
Stock shortage
At the unlikely event of item being out of stock, you will be notified immediately and you will have two options first of all you will be asked to see if you prefer immidiate refund or you would like to wait for six to ten days for the item
Postage to other countries
Countries other than UK, will be sent via Royal Mail Air Sure
Insurance
All our products are insured whilst in transit free of charge in case of any damage. Please make sure that any damaged boxes are signed for as "box damaged goods unchecked" if this procedure is not followed then you will not be covered for damaged goods. The customer is required to e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods.
