WARRANTY
All our products come with a UK warranty for one year. We warranty manufacturing and material defects only, not defects due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect. Our repair turn around is usually 2 to 6 weeks. If an item needs to be repaired, please ship the item to us, using insured trackable service. Before returning the item for service, please contact us for a repair authorization number. If the item is taken to another repairer, our warranty no longer applies.
RETURNS POLICY
Please remember that if you would like to return or exchange an item purchased during the return policy period, you must email our customer service at

In order to maintain our exceptionally low prices, as well as the quality of our products, may be returned in their original, unused condition, within 7 days of original delivery date for a refund. We refund the customer in full with the same method that the payment was received except for our shipping and handling fee. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.
Customer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
